Head

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

Hands

Have you ever felt like you weren't strong enough to do something? Maybe you were trying to lift something heavy or maybe you were feeling sad or scared and it seemed like you just couldn’t do it on your own. Well, guess what? You don't have to be strong all by yourself!

In the Bible, the apostle Paul tells us something really cool. He says that when we feel weak, that's actually a good thing! Why? Because it gives Jesus a chance to show how strong He is through us. You see, Paul learned that God's grace—His special help and love—is enough for us, even when we feel like we're not enough.

Paul also says in Galatians that when we choose to follow Jesus, it's like we get a new life. It's no longer just us trying to be strong or do what's right; it's Jesus living in us! That means we have Jesus’ strength, His love, and His power helping us every day.

Heart

Next time you feel like you're not strong enough or things are too hard, remember that you’re not alone. Jesus is with you, and His power is made perfect when you feel weak. You can trust Him to help you through anything because He loves you so much!

Prayer: Dear Jesus, thank You for loving me and being strong when I am weak. Help me to remember that I don’t have to do everything on my own because You are with me. Thank You for living in me and giving me the strength I need each day. Amen.
