Open your Bible and read Luke 2:1-21 together. Then, talk through the questions and pray. We pray hope, joy, love, and peace fill your day as you celebrate Christmas together and find new ways to point each other to our Savior, Jesus, on this special day.
Questions:
- Why do you think that Jesus, the King of Kings, would be born in a stable, rather than a palace?
- In Luke 2:10, the angel said, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” How has Jesus brought you great joy?
Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for Your gift to us through Jesus. Thank you for giving Jesus to ALL of us! Help us to remember the true meaning of Christmas and to share the joy of Jesus with everyone. We love you, Amen.
