Read:

Open your Bible and read John 1:1-5 together. Then, talk through the questions and pray. If you haven’t done your daily Family Advent Calendar challenge, this is a great time to complete it together!

Questions:

1. Jesus is the light that shines in the darkness! What does that mean to you?
   
2. In what ways can we share the light of Jesus with others around us?
   

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus to be the light of the world. Shine Your light into our hearts and give us the courage to show that light to others. Thank You for Your power that overcomes all darkness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
