Read Matthew 11-12

Head

In Matthew 11 - 12, Jesus is giving us an invitation to go to Him and follow Him. He wants us to learn from Him and find rest in Him. Jesus asks us to take His yoke upon us because He wants to guide us in His path to share His love. Jesus says that He is gentle and lowly in nature and has a servant’s heart. Jesus wants us to follow in His footsteps and serve others like He did while He was walking alongside His people.

Heart

When we go to Jesus, we can find rest in Him and allow Him to guide us. We can pray and ask Jesus to help guide us in our day-to-day decisions.

Hands

Make a list of ways you can serve others with your family. Pick one thing on the list to focus on today and pray that God will provide an opportunity for you to live like him!

Prayer: Dear God, please give us the guidance we need to go through our week and help us serve others the way Jesus served others. Please help me have a servant’s heart just like Jesus does.
