Read Galatians 3:1-5

Head

In Galatians 3:1-5, Paul talks to the people about trusting God’s Spirit. He reminds them that they received God’s Spirit by believing in Jesus, not by following rules. Sometimes, people would forget and start thinking they needed to do everything perfectly to be close to God. Paul wants them to remember that it’s their faith in Jesus that matters most. Paul wanted the people to remember that God’s Spirit helps them every day. The Holy Spirit is like a helper who guides us, helps us make good choices, comforts us when we’re sad, and gives us strength when we need Him.

Heart

Sometimes, we might think we have to be perfect for God to love us. We might worry about making mistakes. But Paul reminds us that God’s Spirit is with us because we believe in Jesus. We don’t have to earn God’s love by being perfect. Jesus has made us right with God by what He did for us on the cross.

Hands

When we trust in God and listen to His Spirit, we can feel safe and strong! We can listen to His Spirit and let it guide us in everything we do. Our good actions are important, but they come from our faith and trust in God’s Spirit. We don’t do good things to earn God’s love; we do them because we already have His love. This helps us to live joyfully and confidently, knowing that God is always with us.

Prayer: Dear God, thank You for giving us Your Spirit because we believe in Jesus. Help us to remember that we don’t need to be perfect to be loved by You. Show us how to trust in Your Spirit every day, make good choices, and show Your love to others. Thank You for always being with us and guiding us. In Jesus' name. Amen.
