Scripture

Primary Text: Galatians 6:7-10

Supplemental Text: 2 Corinthians 8:1-12

Observations & Applications

1. Paul says, “A man reaps what he sows.” What do you think this means in the context of our spiritual lives?

2. Verse 9 encourages us not to “become weary in doing good.” What are some reasons people might grow tired of doing good?

3. Paul speaks of reaping a harvest “at the proper time.” How does trusting God’s timing help us stay faithful when we don’t see immediate results?

4. Paul calls us to “do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” Why do you think there is emphasis on prioritizing the family of believers while still doing good to all?

Prayer

Father, as we aim to grow in generosity, may we not grow tired of doing good. May we reflect a heart of generosity. Amen.
